They did whatever little things I noticed in the completed work. They moved all the furniture and appliances back into place. They were very nice, professional, and it was obvious they wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I really appreciate their solid work ethic, and politeness. "Chad was our technician. He was beyond fabulous. He quickly identified our problem, which was not, in fact, the thermostat and repaired it same day. He produced videos and showed us exactly what was happening and what needed to be done. Other technicians advised us we needed an entire new HVAC system, but Chad immediately advised us that was not the case and fixed the problem. He also returned the next day and connected two of our vents needing ductwork, all for an incredibly reasonable price. We would recommend Chad to anyone needing HVAC work.
