There were a few young guys who did not install very well but when pointed out to owner, they pulled the boards back off and installed them to look just like the old roof. replaced some trim board as well. some is a little Crooked. Project: 50 Year Premium Package House - Remove 2 layers of rotting plywood and install new layer of OSB and new shingles Garage - Remove 1 layer of shingles and install new shingles Positive: Honestly, the roof(s) on both our home and garage now look awesome (We're pretty sure our neighbor's both hate and envy us). Sales Communication: Thorough and polite. Workmanship and Products: Both were great. No complaints. Punctuality/timeliness - Project was scheduled and completed very quickly (1 week from initial project estimate until completion). Workers were on time and fast. Negative: Damage - Brand new AC unit was not covered properly and was scratched. Warranty - It was not mentioned that the 50 year warranty was only valid as long as you own the home and is only transferable 1 time for 1 year to the new owner (Didn't receive this information until I received the final payment receipt and warranty information). Cleanup - We have a dog, so cleanup was important to us. Overall it was good, but could have been slightly better outside. Attic is full of debris (Wood slivers from the plywood that was removed). Cost - Overall the cost was really high. I understand that companies markup products they sell/install, but charging $85 for a sheet of OSB that typically costs $16/sheet is an incredibly high markup. Final Thoughts: We love the new roof on both our home and garage and hope it will last for years to come and makes us feel better about the high cost of installation. Would I recommend Victors Roofing to others?: Yes. I can honestly say that even with the negative items mentioned above, given the high quality of workmanship and products used, I would still be comfortable recommending them to anyone looking to replace their roof that wants/expects it to be done right and not worry about shoddy workmanship."

"The project manager Domick did a excellent job presenting the product providing guidance for pricing . He was available at anytime we had questions. He was there on the installation and came afterward to verify all work and cleanup. The workers were on time and did a fabulous job. The process was good. They did not damage anything on the property while tear of existing roof. The roof now has new boards that needed to be replaced. The workers stayed all day until it was done snd cleaned up everything. Very good job! Good pricing and completed on time."

"I hired Titan Roofing and Siding ~ Randy the co-owner responded to my request and arrived the following morning. He had with him roof measurements and product samples ~ I asked him for several references and he sent me over 7 ~ I went to all of the houses and the job's looked perfect. The price was very competitive using the same materials other vendors specified. After looking at the reference properties I hired Titan, They originally told me they were 2.5 weeks behind. About a week later I was called and a scheduled job needed to be moved so they asked if they could do my roof early. I approved ~ They showed up at 7am ~ had the old roof off by 8am ~ had the roof under seal by 10:30 and started the shingles shortly afterwards. The crews were very respectful of all our property ~ they covered everything ~ after the job was finished they spent nearly an hour with a six member team cleaning the entire yard. Their attention to detail was amazing ~ their work is unmatched and their ethics an integrity are beyond measure. They do what they say when they say it ~ Truly refreshing to work with Titan ~ I'll be calling them for Siding and Windows Soon...."
