"From the start, Be Blessed Remodeling (Rob) was the only contractor that quoted our project who left us feeling hopeful and excited for our project to begin. We wanted to change the floor plan of our bathrooms to allow for more space in the master. "Yuri and Sergei of LBT Construction and Remodeling Service, Inc. did a wonderful job converting my loft bonus space into a bedroom. This required them to close the wall overlooking the family room, add a closet and bedroom door, and paint the bedroom and two story family room. It all looks great. The wall looks like it has always been there. Very happy with the way both rooms turned out. The second project was repairing rotted trim around a second floor window. Not surprising when they removed the trim the wood underneath the siding was also rotting. Yuri and Sergei removed the siding for that area, replaced the plywood, covered all with Tyvek, taped around the window, put the siding back in place and trimmed out the window using PVC board. The window looks great and I am totally confident this will never be a problem again. Yuri and Sergei are very professional, knowledgeable, dependable and polite. They clean up everything when they are done only leaving behind a job well done. I will definitely be calling them for my next house update."

"There is so many amazing things to say about Tristate Contractors! We had a very large renovation we were interested in doing, but didn't quite know how it would work with our current structure. We had a design and architect team that recommended Tristate Contractors and it was the best choice we could have made. Our entire first floor was renovated from top to bottom, including a complete kitchen demo, tearing walls down, new flooring, installing cabinetry, installing fireplace stone, insulation, drywall, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, trimwork, new doors installation, tilework in the kitchen and powder room, a stairway redo and the list goes on. They were able to set up a makeshift space for us in our basement so we had a kitchen to use while the work was going on AND they even helped with an outdoor drainage problem we had in our yard. "New Leaf installed a range hood in my kitchen today. From initial consultation to completion of the job I was always met with great customer service and quick response. They answered all my questions and were thorough with the quote process. Expectations were very clear each step of the way. The contractors were great. Had a small hiccup with installation and they were able to quickly problem solve to get the job done. They also vented the exhaust through an exterior wall and thankfully our existing cabinetry was able to be reinstalled for a seamless look.
