Get matched with top major home repair pros (general contractors) in Minneapolis, MN

"They did not provide an estimate. Is it fair to assume they do not need work at this time?"

"These are the projects they have done for me : large privacy fence, remove window install door, 2 small porches with railings, 2 barn door installs, storm door install and now our new bathroom vanity. JP and his VERY talented group are 5 star all the way!"

"I rank Landson Construction #1 in the list of contractors we have hired in our 40 years of home ownership. Ari and his team of subcontractors recently completed a challenging remodel of one of our bathrooms--challenging because it is a very small area with limited space. Their finished job looks better than our separate remodel of a larger bathroom completed by one of the big firms that advertises daily on television. Examples: the tile work in our small shower is exceptional, and the vanity/oversized sink is a perfect match that does not dominate the small room. Ari Erickson (no relation to me) offered selections from his preferred vendors, but we had full latitude to shop on our own for all tile and fixtures. He and his subcontractors kept us fully apprised at all stages of the project, arrived promptly throughout the course of the work, responded promptly to our texts and emails, and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. My highest recommendation: I always seek at least four bids for a major project, but I would forego that process and hire Landson Construction again for future building/remodeling projects, and would encourage friends and family to do the same."

"This was the second project that I have hired TCH to do. It's so nice to be able to hire one contractor and have the same people do all of the work (plumbing, carpentry, tile work, etc.,) instead of having to hire a different company for each part of the project, or have a company sub out the work. TCH has the best personnel, always punctual and very cooperative. Regularly checking with me to be sure the job gets done the way I expected. They were very careful to protect all areas from dust and debris and made an exceptional effort to clean up at the end of each day and when the job was completed. I also think the price was reasonable. Thanks go out to both Cory's for all of their hard work. Another expert job by TCH."

"Exceptional work well prepared thoroughly thought out the project and offered a great solution for our garage storage. I would definitely hire Blue Sky Contractor‘s again."

"Both jobs were done exceptionally well with great attention to detail. He and his crew were professional and courteous. The job was completed on the day they said it would be done, even a little sooner. Will definitely hire again for our next project."

"Joseph was the most professional home repair contractor I have ever dealt with. He very carefully analyzes a problem and explains a solution that would prevent further issues. He handles everything, start to finish, without any interruption to our daily lives. His craftsmanship is impeccable, colors carefully matched, and attention to details that make a difference. I have hired him for numerous projects, large and small, and even asked him to carefully search our home for things that might need attention. We will also be hiring him to manage our home and yard which I have confidence will mean less worry and more freedom. His prices are completely in line with any other contractor, but his work is far superior. Highly recommend LUXREM!!"

"Art Quality were efficient and thorough. The finished result looks excellent and blends seamlessly with the rest of the exterior. We really appreciated their communication and craftsmanship and would absolutely recommend Art Quality to anyone needing exterior repair work."

"It was the best experience ever!! The job was done very nice and on time!! Trust worthy and just very nice people to work with!!"

"I would highly recommend Iron & Oak for home renovation projects. We moved into our home in June, and the basement was roughed-in for a wet bar. From the sales and design process to final product, Iron & Oak is committed to quality and attention to detail. Peter from sales was so helpful - one of the reasons we chose Iron & Oak is because their estimates are so detailed and broken out by line item, so we could really customize our project. Alex and the construction team were wonderful - we are so thrilled with how the final wet bar turned out (especially the custom wine cabinet!). We can’t wait to host friends and family. We would highly recommend Iron & Oak for home renovations and look forward to working with them on future projects, such as updating bathrooms. I would also recommend checking out their Instagram, @ironoakmn, because Jake does a great job showcasing all of the cool projects they do. Thank you so much!!!"
