I had 16,000 dollars (amt estimated by insurance) in water damage to my condo due to a neighbor's leaking washer. I obtained estimates from several different businesses that I found on Angie's List. Tom and his son and the rest of his team that have worked together for years did an outstanding job putting my condo together. They had to remove and install new Luxury Vinyl Planks, replace all baseboards, paint and caulk, trim. I added additional projects: Installed quartz countertop in kitchen; purchased new appliances that Tom and his team installed, removed old backsplash and installed new ceramic tiles. Incredibly knowledgeable, honest, worked daily and did an excellent job with the daily clean-up at the end of the day. Tom found for me the least expensive source for the quartz. As they worked, I added additional cosmetic needs through-out my condo that they repaired. There was no limit to what they were able to do and do it well. By the end of the job, I felt like they were my family! Finally his charges allowed me to do all the extra's. His pricing was too good to be true. Please think of him when you need any work done!"

A&A, in extremely quick fashion, went from an official quote, to a contract, to job completion in four weeks. I had a garage that needed to be replaced. They built a BEAUTIFUL garage, they built a BEAUTIFUL deck on top of the garage for social events. They were fast, they worked hard, they worked weekends (yes, Sundays too) to get the job done right. Wilfredo stayed in CONSTANT communication with me, multiple times per week. The men were respectful and never got in the way of my home life. Terry Brooks did all of our work for us.  We would not have used anyone else.  Terry is probably the only person my late husband would have trusted to do the work.  His attention to detail is such that you know you will have a perfect product when completed.  Terry remodeled our kitchen, our bathrooms - with one being a total tear out - our basement family room, re-sided our home, redid the electrical box, installed new recessed lighting in various places, and did many other side projects for us.  Terry was in the final weeks of the remodel when my husband suddenly died.  It has been a comfort to me having a practically new home with little or no worries to deal with these past few years.
