This required them to close the wall overlooking the family room, add a closet and bedroom door, and paint the bedroom and two story family room. It all looks great. The wall looks like it has always been there. Very happy with the way both rooms turned out. The second project was repairing rotted trim around a second floor window. Not surprising when they removed the trim the wood underneath the siding was also rotting. Yuri and Sergei removed the siding for that area, replaced the plywood, covered all with Tyvek, taped around the window, put the siding back in place and trimmed out the window using PVC board. The window looks great and I am totally confident this will never be a problem again. Yuri and Sergei are very professional, knowledgeable, dependable and polite. They clean up everything when they are done only leaving behind a job well done. I will definitely be calling them for my next house update."

"Their services straightened up my drain and completely fixed my problem without having to dig up my floor. He used a jet wash high pressure water spray wash that cleaned out the interior drain.  He also sent a camera down the sewer line to check and see the rest of the drain. I asked Eric to install shelves to convert to an additional pantry. As usual he was very detailed and particular as how to complete. We discussed wood vs wire shelves and Eric gave me the pros and cons. Once we decided upon wood shelves Eric was frustrated in finding good wood to install. I so appreciate that he was particular in making sure I had proper and long lasting shelving. He was able to add side shelves that I never contemplated, taking full advantage of the space. They are so awesome. His in-depth knowledge and expertise of home maintenance and remodel never ceases to surprise me. He’s very thorough and particular with the materials and brands he chooses as well as being picky with his own work and in turn that is gratifying to know a job is well done and lasting. Great experience. Dan and his wife Tania came out to give me the estimate on the window work. While here, I asked  about the concrete work and was told Adam ( the son) could also do that type of work. I went with the company for both repairs.
Dan and Adam came at the agreed time, did both repairs. Also, great clean-up, only evidence of their being here is the good looking work!
