"From start to finish I was given fantastic customer service and installation was done in a timely, professional manner. I had 7 windows replaced, 2 were difficult and not in an ideal location. Out of all the quotes I received Nate Meyer took the time to understand the unique dormer situation on my home, and got onto a ladder to check things out. No one else had done that. He knew exactly what the job entailed so there were no surprises. His price was very competitive. On top of all this, Nate was very timely with all communications and he responded to questions within 24 hours. I had a concern with one of the windows after installation and Nate was at my house within a couple days to make sure all was good. I would highly recommend!"

"Yura is the first contractor I think Iâ ve ever met that made me feel truly valued as a client. He and his crew of two other guys worked quite literally every single day, rain or shine (including a holiday) for weeks to finish my house. They replaced most of the windows and a few doors, built a new paver patio with a prefab gazebo we bought, as well as a covered front porch. They also tiled the hallway and bathroom, and replaced the shower. All three men were courteous and humble, and by the time they finished, I was actually a little sad to see them go! Yura is warm and funny, and a very gifted craftsman. He and his crew worked tirelessly and meticulously, and the finished product was even better than I imagined. LTB will absolutely not let you down if you have work to be done!"

"Both jobs were completed efficiently & to my satisfaction. The flood lights are angled just right. I love the new shower head. Jason made sure there were no leaks & tested all features to make sure everything was working properly. Jason is always polite, personable, & ready to answer my questions. I trust him to do my projects & inform me when he can't."

"Great experience! Besides repairing two windows, Tim also repaired three cabinets, door handle, flooring and a closet door. Great care was taken with each repair. Both my husband and I are very happy with the quality of the service and are already planning on using them again for our next project. Highly recommended !!!!"

"DSR was great to work with and were planning use this firm on several future projects. Drew, the owner, is incredibly skilled at his craft and was simply fascinating to watch as he measured, demolished and ultimately replaced with great skill a wall we asked him to remove and replace with glass doors. He was efficient in his work, and patient with us in explaining what he was doing and what he needed from us at every step of the way. We found him to be very personable with a great sense of humor. But most importantly, his work was superior: from demolition; to installation; to finish; to clean up; to follow up, Drew left no stone unturned and was determined to make sure we were satisfied with the job. And we are VERY satisfied, so much so that we are discussing a few future projects. I cannot say this enough: my wife and I ENTHUSIASTICALLY ENDORSE DSR Builders!!!!"

"Garred called before coming to see if any tools or equipment was needed. He arrived promptly and discussed what I expected. He was very efficient and completed job as I requested. Would definitely hire for other jobs."

"We had several different companies in mind for our master bedroom flooring project, but we ended up going with Troy at Top Notch Construction! We are SO glad we found him and his crew. Troy came out and did the measurements for our bedroom floor, and he was as able to give me an estimate in writing right away. His estimate for labor and removal of our old carpet (it was nasty, pet stained, etc.) and to install the new flooring was completely fair and doable! We were able to schedule the project within a week of our estimate, and the hey were even able to start a bit earlier and ended the project with my bedroom cleaner than when they started! Our floors look and feel amazing! He provided the trim boards and put down the transition strips between doors and rooms. The entire project from start to finish went way beyond my expectations! I'm going to have him come out for an estimate on our deck next! Again, Troy and his crew were on time, totally patient with me as I picked out the exact luxury vinyl flooring, and he remained non biased about flooring material brands, and that says a lot about a company! Thank you TNC for our brand new floor! We love it!"

"Andy did a great job! Communication was excellent and he showed up and did exactly what I asked. I would definitely hire him again!"

"Dweane was great! He went above and beyond to fix all I needed to have fixed on my rental property! I don’t live closed by my property, but that was not a problem for D3 Contractors. They were super transparent and share videos and pictures with me to give me updates and show me the final project done! Super reliable and great work! I recommend them 100%."
