"We hired KM's to replace the flooring throughout the house. They we very easy to work with. They assisted with moving the large furniture when removing the old flooring, afterwards they moved the furniture back. Very clean work environment. The installation went very smooth."

"Leak sealed. Egress window installed. Project started on 7/4; not yet completed as of 8/27. Finishing of exterior window not yet done; two missed appointments to have it done. In middle of work to install egress window, failed to properly secure wall opening; heavy rainstorm overnight flooded finished basement. They did dry out and repair the damage, but it should not have happened in the first place. Drywall installer did a good job, but did not know how, or did not choose to, put a finish pebble coating on the drywall installed. Very poor communication throughout project."

"My egress window failed resulting in water getting into the basement in huge amounts three times. I called these folks and they came out the next day to look at the problem. I told them what was happening and they knew immediately what was wrong. A week later they started the job which involved a lot of digging and eventually jack hammering the basement floor to reach the problem. It was backbreaking work in extreme heat. They were always cheerful, prompt and polite. The clean up was amazing. I would highly recommend this company to anyone."
