"We can't review Majestic Moving and Storage highly enough.  They were absolutely delightful to work with. To start, they do in home estimates.  In the past, we've always used moving companies who make us estimate how big/heavy our furniture is and we're always wrong so the estimate is always wrong.  Our estimate was reasonable and completely accurate.  They provided a low end and a high end on the estimate to give us a guide of what it would cost if everything ran smoothly and what it would cost if we had a crazy snowy day.
On the day of the move, the team was a little delayed by traffic but they called to let us know. Once they arrived they unloaded our condo quickly - which is challenging because it's on the third floor of a garden style building.  There are no elevators and the staircases aren't very wide. They asked lots of questions about where items were going in the new house and loaded the truck in the order they'd unload it.  It took a little time but when they arrived at the new house, they were able to unload so quickly.  Even with their traffic delay, they finished well within the time estimate and actually below the low end price on the estimate.  
We didn't have a single damaged item in the move.  Honestly, we don't have a single complaint about the service we received.

"They were a little reluctant. I have a second floor and I didn't ask them to do upstairs so every request was for the first floor. He was slightly like saying he doesn't know if they want to do that, he doesn't know if they should do that, and he doesn't know if that really counts. They were not getting out of the work but he's saying that's a different kind of window, and that kind of stuff. I just didn't need to be kind of dragged through the mud in what kind of windows they were going to wash. I just wanted my first 4 windows washed only. I didn't ask them to do my storm doors or anything like that. They only did the windows. I think they were fine. I think I would shop around first. They did make a point of handing me pamphlets and stuff and mentioning that they do all kinds of work. They were more interested in promoting their business over doing a great job which would have caused me to say I'll see them next year."
