"Highly recommend Victor and his team at Manor Works. We purchased a townhome last year and decided to leave the majority of our main floor flat white, which turned out to be a poor choice with a toddler and a dog. Manor Works painted our tricky stairwell and a number of walls on our main floor, even touching up a few of the spots that we had missed or marked up while painting ourselves. We interviewed a few painters and Manor Works was not the cheapest, but their prompt communication, easy scheduling, and quick timeline made them the easy choice. We got responses to email and calls within hours, even when we had nit-picky clarifying questions. The online scheduling/calendar feature made it easy for us to find a time that would work for everyone, and the team was able to do the job in one day, which others could not offer. They even offered to move our heavier furniture for us when they arrived. The quality job that the team did made it all the more worth it. They left our home clean and beautifully painted. There were several walls on the main floor with vivid colors that needed to stay and they worked carefully around what was already done. I have yet to find even the tiniest splatter or droplet of paint."

"We got 4 quotes for re-doing our entire exterior stucco walls and found E.M. Texture here on Angi and based on their reviews and price we decided to go with them. They were not the least or most expensive but right in the middle. Eliazar came out and walked through the process with me a few weeks before the job began, and I felt like I was in very good hands. On work day 1 a big crew came out and got to work and never slowed down. It was about an 8 day job with some downtime due to rain, but they came back as soon as it was dry enough to finish. The walls look spectacular! We are a very unique white stucco townhome community on the lake in Columbia and could not be happier with the way it turned out. Several neighbors have already contact E.M. to take on their work as well. Glenda in the office is nice and responsive and very professional. It's a great family business and I cannot recommend them highly enough!"

"This was the first contractor that I found on Angie's List... finding a good painter was part of the reason that I signed up on this site. Needless to say, I ran across Let's Roll Painting on here, contacted them and have been incredibly pleased with the results. <br /> Lester came out and put together a quote for painting a few rooms in our new house. The larger room, a multi-room (kitchen, eat-in area and family room) had higher, vaulted ceilings and a lot of priming that needed to be done (prior to their work, I ripped down half-wall wood paneling, spackled and sanded). <br /> The morning of work, his crew came in and he introduced them to me. They then proceeded to level, sand, prime and paint the multi-room, as well as paint the formal dining room. They finished up in one day (by about 5 PM) and did a fairly good job of cleanup (the bathroom was a little messy from rinsing their brushes, but nothing I couldn't follow behind with a rag). <br /> Prices were competitive and the service was outstanding. I have them coming back next week to provide estimates for a few additional rooms. Would definitely recommend. <br />"

"This company had good local reviews, and their price quote was a little lower than others. This was a great experience. An estimator, Laura Dimbylow, came out to discuss what I wanted and work up an estimate. They broke down the estimate very clearly by room and what was being done. I arranged to have my living room, dining room, family room, and kitchen painted. One of the walls that needed to be painted was a very dark color, and the kitchen had a sand texture paint that would need to be removed. We also had water damage on the basement ceiling that needed to be patched and painted. The day the work was scheduled to begin, a production manager, Spencer Marrott, walked through with me to make sure they understood what I wanted. He also was able to give me a quote and add additional work I had decided later I wanted - the entry and hallway. When the painters were finished, the production manager walked through with me and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. He pointed out a couple of minor areas to the painters to have them touch up before they left."

The house looked amazing once it was finished and sold for $50K more than it would have without the remodeling. So nice to have one person taking care of all the projects, and Brett Shankle was so responsive! All the crews were professional and their work was great. I highly recommend Home Equity Contractors and have referred them to many friends. Their work is amazing and a great value!"
