"Clive and Tracie were wonderful to work with! Nicest people you'll meet. Their team is very talented, polite and hard-working. We knew we wanted a patio and firepit but didn't have specific details in mind. In our initial meeting with Clive, he took the time to "interview" us to understand our tastes and needs. He put together a couple of designs that addressed all of our needs. Clive was very patient with us as we settled on the design that was right for us. Not only is the patio and fireplace beautiful, he included landscaping that provides shade and privacy, a dedicated space for our trampoline that balances our yard and lighting that looks fantastic at night. Clive goes the extra mile to please his customers. As the project was wrapping up, he called me from the nursery to ask what my wife's favorite color/ flower was so he could include them in the landscaping. Nice touch! I was pleasantly surprised when the job was complete, his team came out and pressure washed the back of the house near the area they worked. They also re-seeded the lawn on the path the heavy machinery traveled to the backyard. After the job was complete, I called Clive about one minor issue and he had his team came out the same day to make the correction. I would most definitely recommend Outdoor Artisan. It was a great experience. You may find cheaper, but not for this quality and level of service."

"Everything went very well and quickly. Chris responded to my initial call promptly and was here within a few days to take a look in order to write an estimate. Every person involved with the project, from the employees to the sub-contractors did top notch work and were all pleasant to be around and respectful to us and our home. Chris has a real gem in Dan, the head of operations. Dan made sure that everything stayed on track and was done perfectly. He has an eagle eye and pointed out things that needed to be corrected that we did not notice. We are so pleased with the finished product, and would definitely hire Unified By Design for future projects."

"My first review was done on 4/1/14.  Since then we have contacted Chuck to get some minor repairs completed.  We also had an issue with the room settling and creating cracks in the walls and ceiling.  We have made several attempts to get them to come out and complete our job.  We were told that they have a 10 Year warranty.  They give us a date to come and work on completing open issues and do not show and do not call.  This has happend more than 6 times in the past year.  This is very frustsrating because I have been required to work 7 days a week and i have several others tasks to complete on my off time besides waiting for someone that will not call or show.
