"Contacting them was easy, and they scheduled my fridge repair within a very reasonable period of time. Dmytro was professional, diligent, and easy to communicate with. I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Technician repaired the refrigerator within 20 minutes or so after I had waited three weeks from my home Warranty service provider which had even ordered a part and it wasnt even the problem my refrigerator was having,"

"The tech (Richard) arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem and made the repairs. My gas oven works great."

"My oven needed a new igniter, which was not easy due to a manufacturer’s error. He was able to get it sorted out and the oven is working now. Very nice guy, will hire again!"

"Mike responded quickly to my request. My refrigerator wasn’t working and he came out promptly with part in hand and fixed it all at a fair price. Very knowledgeable and explains what he’ll be doing. Takes time to answer any concerns or questions. Highly recommend!! Thank you Mike."

"I highly recommend this company. The technician Dennis was on time for my appointment. He kept me updated on his arrival time. He was very knowledgeable about my repair issue and fixed my dryer very quickly. Thanks again Hawkins Appliance. I will definitely refer my friends and family."

I have been in the construction industry in some capacity for almost 20 years now. I started in building maintenance and now I mange residential restoration projects ranging from $500-500,000.\nI love what I do and would love to be more hands on outside of the project management that I do only a daily basis.

"Our refrigerator started making a terrible noise on Saturday. We called Aviv and they did a preliminary diagnosis over the phone. They gave us an option of coming out to take a look on Saturday or waiting until Monday to come with the part needed. We chose to wait until Monday. They called to confirm, they called to let us know when they would be here and the estimated price. They came when they said they would, did the repair, cleaned up and was gone in under half an hour. All this during the Covid-19 crisis. I would HIGHLY recommend their services."

"Great service, I called and they were onsite same day to repair our GE fridge. The man who came knew his stuff (he was a 'fridge whisperer'!), was well presented, courteous and was in and out of our house in under an hour with the fridge repaired on the spot! Couldn't ask for better. :) My only complaint is that I was charged over $400 to replace a $90 part (I checked the manufacturer's website). Over $300 for less than an hour of labor - that seems a little over the top!"
