"You can't beat the Magnusson's for work ethic, work done in a timely manner, and professional all the way. We had our roof shingled last year and it's still like new with no problems. There was a slight ding in the gutter that I could not even see from the ground, but they pointed it out and wanted to replace our gutter. It could have been there years ago, I don't know, but it was not really an issue, so I declined. The point is that they are that serious about quality and leaving everything looking good."

Insurance fought me tooth and nail, trying to insist that I didn’t have hail damage and Eddie really went to bat for me. He came back a second time to take additional pictures and a third time to be here when a second insurance adjuster was sent to my house. Megan, with whom the majority of my communication was with, is absolutely fantastic to work with. She would reply to all of my emails almost immediately, regardless of how late in the night I sent them or if it was a weekend. She thoroughly answered all of my questions (which there was a never ending list of as a first time homeowner going through this process). She was way more helpful than my insurance agent with supporting and navigating me through the process. They did a great job replacing my roof and gutters and they cleaned up after themselves so well that I couldn’t tell anyone had even been at my house. I truly couldn’t have asked for more.
