"Representative was immediately available; did thorough research on problem, including a personalized and detailed drawing of both the problem and the proposed solution. I obtained a much lower estimate from another firm, but wanted to go with a professional roofer who offered warranty (this company gave a two-year warranty.) Had some difficulty actually getting the work done in a timely fashion, due to heavy storms that swept the surrounding areas and other customers had much more critical problems than mine.
