"I was extremely pleased with the repair work that David and his team at Builders of America performed in order to take care of a leak in my roof. There was torrential rain on Sunday January 27th 2019, and a leak developed in the ceiling of the master bedroom. At 9 am on Monday morning I called two of the largest roof repair companies listed in the Angie’s List monthly publication, and in both cases got their voicemail, left messages, and didn’t receive call backs from either company until late Monday afternoon. I decided to try one more call, and that’s when I called Builders of America. David answered the phone immediately (no voicemail) and said he would come over between 11:30 and 1 pm to look at the roof and assess the situation. He was at my house right on the dot at 11:30, and had a helper on the roof while he went into the attic to see where the leak was coming from. David took multiple photos for me to look at, showed me where the leak was coming from, and gave me an estimate for what the repairs would cost. I thought the estimate was fair and gave him the go-ahead. The best part was that David and his crew showed up the next day and did an excellent job repairing the roof. David documented each step of the repairs with photos that he texted me showing their progress. I was very impressed with the work that was performed, with David, and with his team, and am happy to recommend David and Builders of America without reservation."

"We called for an estimate to repair what we believed was a leak in our roof. An appointment was made for the a couple days later. Vic arrived promptly. He went into the attic to survey the area where we saw evidence of a leak. He determined that the leak was a result of condensation from uninsulated Freon pipes. He took the time to take multiple pictures of the area and explain what would be needed to fix the issue. He refused to take any compensation for his time. We could easily have wound up with costly roofing repairs had another company simply surmised the damage was from a leak in the roof and had not taken the time to climb into the attic and survey the area.
