"I had called Deluxe Lawn & Pest Management because I live in a community in which our lawn service is covered through our HOA. Unfortunately, we had been through at least 3 different companies in the last 3 years and they had all done a very poor job of maintaining the property. My lawn along with everyone else's in the community had suffered because of it. The weeds were out of control and the fertilization (if done at all) was terrible. I decided to take matters into my own hands and try to turn my property around thus my call to Carl. Carl returned my call promptly and came out later that day to assess the problems with my lawn. Carl has been in the business a very long time and is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. You can tell that he's not in it for the money, but because he truly enjoys his field. He was very patient answering all my questions and was very thorough in explaining the causes and what steps we would need to take to turn my lawn around. Its a small family owned business. His wife does the administrative and handles the calls to the customers and his son is the one who usually comes out to do the job. I can honestly say they are all genuinely nice people. Always professional and courteous. So far I have only had two treatments done to my lawn (which was is grave condition to begin with) and I have had issues with my sprinklers for months now so I can't comment on any real results, although I am confident that Carl will make my lawn look beautiful again. I think its just going to take time and persistence. :) <br />"

"Chris was very responsive, completing the job within a short period of time.  He was extremely friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions, as well as my wife's (and she asked a ton!). Chris provided detailed instructions on how to care for the grass/landscaping and my backyard looks fantastic. <br /> My experience with Chris was extremely positive and I look forward to having him work on my front yard soon. "Honestly, I'm about ready to cancel them, so no, I would not recommend them at this time. I'm searching options, alternative. They need to provide the service that I'm paying for by fertilizing all of my trees and shrubs, not just randomly fertilizing some, to be specific. I have actually called them on it, and I have still not heard from them. The price is hard to tell because I've only had them, and they're about to lose me. Their quality is great when they do it. Everyone that has come has been wonderful, "A" actually, for the service techs. Like I said, I'm in the process of changing. I want to find someone else, so, am I going to use them again? No, I'm going to change. Yeah, I'm going to have to say no. Can you tell I'm conflicted? It's rather conflicting, but it's a mess."

"Their team (of very many people) showed up promptly on the scheduled date and cut down several large trees throughout the property. They were very fast and efficient, and the general contractor on the job added a few more small requests (remove some stumps) that I asked for on the spot with no questions asked. Rain showed up by mid-day, but apparently they worked right through it until the trees were down. They informed me that day they would have to come back 2 days later to remove some of the large logs, which I was fine with. They did come back and take care of the logs on time as promised. Overall, good experience. <br /> <br />I would like to point out a few slight negatives (nothing major) that came with the service. First of all they will tear up your lawn where the trucks enter. I knew this going in, so I wasn't too surprised at the result. We will have to completely re-do all of the grass in that area. Second, there are small sticks everywhere on the ground where they cut the big trees down. We had to rake a lot before we used our lawnmower in that area. They took out one of our outdoor light poles by accident, a large log bent the aluminum frame to the point of no return.general contractor informed me of this immediately and apologized. They also left a very large branch in one of our palm trees. We are currently speaking with them to get this resolved (as the branch is 50 feet up). Finally, we already have noticed a lot of ripe coconuts missing from the coconut trees - we're guessing the workers wanted some juice from them as we found a few laying on the ground sawed open. In fairness, they did ask us if they could have some, but only after they had knocked them all down (with a few missing as we saw). <br /> <br />Overall, I would use them again. <br /> <br /> <br />"
