The electrician spent 1 hour and 40 minutes trying to locate the problem, but was unable to find the cause of the problem or fix it. No other solution was offered to the problem. So I paid $99, but still have the same electrical issue I started with and will need to hire someone else to fix. Since I am not sure the extent of the issue or whether or not this particular electrician truly knew what he was doing or not, I give a rating as fair as opposed to bad or lousy."
