"I went with the solid surface shower with a glass barn door and then for the bath of my kid I had just a liner put on top. It broke some of the tiles this can happen but just one tile. It would have caused far more damage if I had completely replaced the tub. The installer went and bought me the same tile and reinstalled the one that broke, which I thought was amazing of him since tile work is not what they do. This brings me to this solid surface bathroom. Omg!!! It looks just like tile. I had never seen anything like this before! It is now so simple to clean the shower walls and floors, and I did not have to sacrifice the style of my bathroom!! I love the tile look, but I hate grout and it is not waterproof. Anyone who sees my bathroom now thinks it is tile. The barn door shower glass is gorgeous too. It all looks so modern and classy, and we get so many compliments. They worked all weekend to make sure it got done right and on time. The guys were just absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend them enough!"

"Mario, our service contractor, did a wonderful job updating our primary bathroom. He removed large tub and small shower, replacing them with a larger walk in shower with a seat, grab bars, and low threshold. He removed the old vanity and installed a solid wood double vanity with a quartz top that was custom made for our space. In addition, we had the tile floor covered with vinyl tile. Mario worked steadily for 3 straight days, arriving on site at the time he stated and not leaving until the portion of the work was completed for that day. He was professional, friendly, and helpful when decisions needed to made on the spot. As far as Premiere Home Pros, there were no surprises, the amount that was quoted to us at the sales portion of the job was exactly what we paid. Communication was excellent and the company was very accommodating to our schedule. Highly recommend them!"

"Ron is AMAZING!! He was honest enough to let me know I really do not need to replace the door, he would be able to fix the part!! Where do you ever in these days find honesty like that!! He arrived on time even called me when he was close to let me know. If I ever decide to replace my door he will be the one to do it without a doubt! "FHIA replaced 17 windows and my front door with a side light. I rate them #3, because for the most part the project is getting done; however, the project started in April of 2025...due to factory corrections that were required. We're still waiting on them to finish and have the inspection done. I've already started making payments on this project with the hope they'll finish soon. There were hiccups with installation from the startup and ongoing with the various teams that would show up either with the wrong equipment or lacking what was needed to complete the job. Continue to find screws in my driveway after every visit. On the last visit my camera caught the team dumping their uneaten lunch scraps on my front lawn. If they would have asked there's a compost bin in the back they could have used for that. Because of these hiccups and various others incidents that occurred in addition to the length of time this project is taking to complete I rate them #3. I'll upload photos later."

"Everything turned out beautiful. In the master bath, we removed a tub and they created an extra large shower with duel seats and showers. Gabriel did a nice job tiling the shower and floor. They hung new mirrors and added sconces on the wall. The second and third bathrooms got acrylic showers, new floors, toilets, mirrors and fixtures. The forth bathroom, a half bath, got waincotting on the walls, a new toilet and mirror. They also added a backsplash in the kitchen. Subway tile all around with a beautiful pattern behind the stove. We also added a rock wall in our foyer. It's gorgeous. Alex was in charge of the work. He was very hands on during the remodel. Joel was the contract negotiator. Many a days I changed my mind on something and they were very chill about it!"
