"This was a $70,000 metal roofing project with serious safety issues and no meaningful oversight from Neal Roofing.Before posting this,we contacted Neal Roofing directly to try to resolve the issues privately.No one ever called us back.The metal crew cut metal in 9?10 locations around our property with no tarps or containment,leaving nails and metal shards across our driveway,yard,and near the pool.It became unsafe to go outside or use our driveway unless we cleaned it ourselves daily.Over a two-week project,the project manager was on site only three times.We escalated to the PM,management,and the salesperson multiple times and nothing changed.Cleanup was promised for Friday.No one showed up,and Neal Roofing was willing to leave a large,uncontained pile of debris in our driveway all weekend.Actual damage occurred:roofing nails punctured our tire,requiring two new tires,and metal left in the pool caused rust stains.Concerns about damage were ignored.
