(I'd had a custom banquette made for me and they had made the seat depth too big to accommodate my table.) I emailed Derek pictures of my project and he said he could do it. He showed up at 9:15 the next morning, picked it up, cut it and welded it back together, and delivered it back to me by 5:00 the same day. He even texturized the seam to match the texture on the rest of the piece! I painted it and no one would EVER know the table base had been modified! Derek is a GENIUS!!! "Sales rep came out within a day of my call to give an estimate. Estimate was given on site and did not have to wait several days. Although not the best price, I did hire Fencing South Florida because they seem to have their act together when it came to getting necessary docs for my HOA unlike another fencing company here on AL. There was a little disconnect between the salesman and the company, which is understandable. The person responsible for scheduling appointments was on vacation the week I should have heard from the company and when he came back he was supposedly slammed and I was told I 'might' hear from him the following week.
