The lines were tested to make sure the installation would be free of leaks. The office also kept me informed with information that was useful. We called them at 8:12 am on monday morning to schedule service and he made it for the same day.(awesome) Our septic tank had not been pumped in 13 yrs!!!!! it had started to  backup into the house so it needed to be pumped immediately. David made the experience painless and non-invasive. He found the lid to the tank without problem and  was very professional the entire time.
