"We were not impressed or happy with several issues. We had left curtains on several of the windows, the painters took the curtains down and then used them as drop cloths. They left paint all over several doorknobs, air conditioning intakes, and several large drops and smears on bannisters and railings to our stairs and great room. They did not edge between the walls and the ceilings so the lines are uneven and wiggly. They tracked paint over our front porch and poured out the water they used to clean the brushes on my plants by the front door. There was also cigarette butts left on the grounds outside the house and they left so much trash on the floor that the people who came in to do the floors called us and would not work until it had been cleaned up. After we complained to them, they did come in and clean the doorknobs, air conditioning vents, and the bannister, but the wall/ ceiling joints still need to be retouched in several places to look neat and clean (we are going to have to do this ourselves) . The walls look good, and the owner very nice and communicated well, but the workers were left unsupervised. We liked Robert a lot, but I was disappointed in the above issues."
