They rarely took a break unless Mr. Turner (Darrell) insisted they do so. I made sure there were gallons of tea, ice, glasses, and snacks always available. His crew was not only efficient they were immaculately clean. Never leaving trash, a screw, a nail, anything, laying around. The crew allowed me to, not only explain my roof issues but show them as well so nobody was injured because of the faulty roof. They listened, they explained, and every day they took pictures of what they had accomplished. My 2014 sq. ft roof was completed in two days. Not only do I have a beautiful new roof but there is no signs of roofers ever being here. It simply does not get better than this. He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."
