"Call Nichol's Plumbing, They could not get too up that afternoon, but came out first thing the next morning. Plumber Mr. Sammy checked everything out for us, plus our warrenty. Call the warrenty company and his company, got all the estements, we oked everything and his came back before noon with new water heat. The price was for permits, which are not covered by the warrenty, 60 was for the service call as per our warrenty."
