"Extremely happy with the job done and very impressed with this company. Everyone I dealt with from Johnny the roof specialist/salesman, to Katie in the office and to Steve and his install crew were very professional and provided great customer service. I called very late in the year (late Nov) with a leak on a 20 year old roof that was getting towards the end of its life and they went the extra mile to come right out for an assessment and quick repair as that time of year it's usually tough to get a job like that done on short notice. I decide to be proactive and get on their spring schedule for a full replacement and they ended up squeezing me in a few weeks later as weather had cooperated. Job went great, exactly as planned with no hiccups. Nice to not have to worry about this all winter now."

"On Top Roofing was great. Tim came to quote the work and asked what I wanted and offered excellent suggestions. He wanted to vent two bathroom fans out through the roof to reduce the moisture buildup in the attic. No other roofer even mentioned it. He also wanted to replace all drip edges and re-led the chimney. Several others wanted to reuse the exiting drip edges and led. Given all that his price was still very good. The job took two days. His crew was efficient and the roof looks great. There was a supervisor (Mike) on the job the entire time who ensured everything went well. They had one guy who did nothing but clean up constantly. So the yard and surrounding area was always clean. When they left they swept, rakes and picked up everything. Very professional and courteous team in the field and in the office (thanks Kelsey). All this and a 10 year workmanship warranty!!!"

It was a very smooth process starting with a no pressure meeting with Product Specialist Dave Harrison who explained the product and process to us. He was very helpful in dealing with a few issues with our existing roof (gutters not installed correctly and old construction of area where roof lines met and leaked). He made sure the gutters were fixed properly and had the rooflines redesigned to eliminate any leaking issues. During the job the Quality Control Manager, Shaun LaForce, was on site each day and was great to deal with. The office managers, Jenna & Alexandria, were fantastic with keeping us up to date on the start dates and delivery info. The installation crew did a great job led by Alex and finished the job in 2 days despite a snowstorm in between the days, even shoveled my driveway the day after the storm! I highly recommend East Coast Metal Roofing if you're looking to upgrade your house with a metal roof. You won't be sorry!"

"Dylan does great work and is professional. Shows up when he says he will. Roof repair well done repared and did work to prevent more water damage. He asked if I wanted him to check my chimney and oh my it was gross dirty with moss and areas where cement feel.out. He fixed it and it looks incredible 😲 Asked him to help with moss and mildew on shed and he has done one treatment and will be back to repeat. He didn't pressure me but asked if I might want to finish reminder of flat roof with the rolled roofing then I would not have to think about it for years. "Brian was very quick to respond to my request for a repair estimate. He showed up that same day to look over the job and gave me an estimate on the spot. Brian s servicemen showed up the next day to complete the repairs and did so with professionalism. While his men were initiating the repair, Brian inspected the rest of my roof and noticed issues with cracking rubber seals around my vent pipes which he notified me about and I agreed to have him repair those while he was on site.While he was working on the repair, I happened to notice a different issue with my roof on a different part of the house and he agreed to repair the new issue as well.After completing the repairs, his men cleaned up around the house and even used a leaf blower to complete the cleanup. "We had Power do our Roof and Gutters on our 120 year old home. This is our first big project on our new house and Power made the experience great. Their were a couple of hiccups but Power was able to rectify the situations. The project was supposed to be a 2 day project, but when taking the old shingles off they noticed the roof decking needed to be repaired because of significant wood rot. They finished the total project in 4 days. Power met every expectation. One part of the process that was a little frustrating was that I didn’t have one point person to talk to if I had questions. I had multiple project managers but I did get all my questions answered when I called. We would definitely recommend them to anyone."
