The materials actually arrived sooner than expected, and they started work early (when has that ever happened?). The crew demolished my old 8'x18' deck and replaced it with a new, code-compliant deck in 4 business days. They did excellent work and kept me up to date on progress the whole time. They took the care to blend in the new deck with my existing vinyl siding. The whole thing looks great and is solid. I'm extremely happy with the quality of work. I would definitely recommend Remodel or Renew."

"Very high pressure sales. They were more interested in getting it done quickly than the quality of the installation. The aluminum trim around the windows looks good but they did not replace all of the old wood underneath I requested. They would put it over anything. They did not bother to brush off the sills before covering them or remove saw dust. Many of them were cut too small because they assumed all trim was the same size. They had to redo most of them and they didn’t do the bottom corner’s correctly even though I explained to them how they should be done. When they didn’t want to do something they acted like they didn’t understand me."
