"I contacted Earth Friendly Services this morning and I immediately received a reply.  Phil contacted me and I asked for a proposal for installing my new light.  He responded and said he would be at my home in about 15 - 20 minutes.  His responsiveness was exact. "We just started using him about a year ago and he is great. He comes out about every 10 days. We also had a tree fall in our yard and he actually took care of that for us as well. He cleaned it up and did whatever he needed to do such as mulching. He is very friendly, responsive and if I call him he will typically answer the phone or call me right back. He does a really good job and if the weather is going to get bad he will come out early to get the work done before weather changes. The guys that work with him are really good and he is always with the guys when they come. He is a really nice, laid back guy who is a hard worker. He gives me the option of paying monthly, weekly, at the end of the season or if I want to pay in installments. He will work with me. I can also pay for the whole year if I want.  "

"We had a wonderful experience with Deck Cetera from start to finish.  My wife and I originally wanted to replace the decking on our 26 foot by 16 foot deck while keeping the existing foundation.  The existing deck was not very old (4 years,) but was built with poor quality wood and didn't survive the Annapolis weather too well.  We contacted a number of companies we researched off of Angie's List and began the meet and greet process.
The biggest issue my wife and I had was that we, like many other homeowners, were rather unsure as to what we wanted.  We knew we needed the decking replaced, but we wanted our yard to look nice and be useable.  I liked the idea of a portion of the deck being screened in and my wife liked the idea of a nice large patio that sits off the deck.
While most the companies we contacted did come speak with us and give us accurate estimates, none gave us as much help and detail as Deck Cetera did.  Jean from Deck Cetera came to our house no less than 4 times and each time she sat with us to discuss options, draw sketches of the yard, estimate cost, and make professional recommendations.  While the other companies we contacted were interested in quoting what we wanted, Jean from Deck Cetera was more interested in ensuring we were happy with our investment and that we were comfortable and happy with our design.
My wife and I must have gone through no less than 10 iterations of our yard design and Jean from Deck Cetera remained patient with us and was sure not to force us into any decisions or to act pushy in any way.  What we decided on was a 3-5 year plan that involved initially replacing the decking and building out the structure of the deck so that it could (in the future) support a screen room, as well a building a nice paver patio off the deck with a sitting wall. 
Deck Cetera had a crew out as soon as we made our decision and the work was done very quickly with no interference to our day-to-day activities.  The workers were extremely professional and the quality of the work is fantastic.  We were very pleased with our end result and will be sure to use them again in the future."

"The visit went well.  I had several minor things that needed repair:  the remotes for the ceiling fans weren't working properly (and no, they didn't need new batteries), I needed pictures hung, one of the bathroom sinks seemed to be clogged and I had a drip from one of the faucets.  There may have been additional items as well.  They were very careful and did a great job.  The clogged sink involved the way it was installed - an item that is used to cap something on the original plumbing was dropped into the drain pipe by mistake so depending on how it turned by the water flow, it could stop up the sink.  He removed that and I haven't had trouble since.  The pictures were hung professionally - he even made suggestions to make the grouping look more interesting!  The problem with the ceiling fan remotes were fixed wihout the need for me to spend additional money (something I like).  The only complaint I have is that he needed a cannister for the faucet in order to fix the leak, and since I was having surgery after they came to my home, we weren't able to connect to fix the faucet, so it's still dripping.  I did use a Angies List deal for this service.

"Excellent! They're very realiable, prompt and showed up everyday. I wanted to be there throughout installation process so I requested that the stop work on occasions when I was going out of town. The rate for installation was cheaper than others I received and their work ethic is great along with the pride they take in providing good quality bricklaying. I highly recommend them. Very easy to communicate with and friendly workers who always gave insight on how I could improve the curb appeal to house. Will be looking forward to working with them more. Have some pillars and flagstone I want them to do. They provided pictures and references to other ones that attracted me into watching them in my dream home. Great group of guys and very hard working! Customer service was great no hidden fees every price was quoted from beginning to end and their estimate of materials needed was right on."
