"I spoke with several different roofers- they either wanted to charge for an estimate, they replied that they were too busy, or they just didn't show up! But Bella Dreams Home Services did a great job! They showed before and after pictures of the repairs. They was on time and did a great job. We will use them again in the future if anything new come up. I definitely recommend them."

Steve answered all of our questions concerning the job. He was very knowledgeable in the products he was offering which made us feel comfortable, we received our quote by the next day decided to go with Allstate windows. The windows came in earlier than expected and the installation process was done in a timely matter by his crew. When the job was done they cleaned everything up and left the area very clean. "The most professional company I've ever delt with! Turned our house into a home! I called 13 contractors and Monge Remodeling gave me the most in depth walk through and project scope. He didn't try to cut corners or upcharge me. He was fair and true to his word. We had an old flip house that felt hopeless but now feels like a forever home. He replace beams under my house, replaced my subfloor, Leveled all the floors out in the home and installed vinyl flooring through my ENTIRE home. He did such a great job we hired him for our Countertop and kitchen remodel! He will be our permanent contractor on ALL future projects! So thankful that I found Him!"

"Roger and his crew did excellent work. Each day started early and worked into the late afternoons (M-F). My project for new vinyl siding took about 12 working days to install that included the chimney exterior wooden structure being rebuilt due to some rot. They also installed two new cypress posts I provided and sealed to replace my older ones (2). Every evening his crew (Roger was on-site every day except for one) put up their equipment and did a clean sweep of the area. The craftsmanship was excellent and we are really enjoying our selection in siding. I would highly recommend using Roger for anyone considering putting siding. He also represents high quality vinyl windows at a very reasonable price, though I had them under contract with another company. Roger was easily accessible via phone and text. Need any additional feedback, please let me know."

"Now living in my Golden Years, I have had many opportunities to experience contractors of all sorts working on and in my home. Without hesitation, I would consider David Stanley Residential & Commercial Painters among the (if not THE) best I have ever dealt with. I needed exterior painting and minor repairs and this is one of the many companies I researched. I was reluctant to use them at first since their ratings were not as favorable as many others. Nevertheless, when I saw the work they had done in the neighborhood (including work done for my next-door neighbor), I was impressed. Before, during, and after the project, this company’s performance ticked off every single box for things I look for in a contractor: excellent communication, reasonable cost, high-quality materials, meticulous workmanship, attention to detail, excellent cleanup, and professional & friendly employees. The most impressive quality to me, however, as compared to similar contractors I’ve used over the years, was their work ethic. It was the first contractor I can ever recall who put in a full day’s work every day of the week. Others I’ve used would start mid-morning and finish for the day in mid-afternoon and frequently did not work Fridays. David Stanley and his crew literally worked from daylight to dark every day until the project was done. I like that. At the project’s end, I told Mr. Stanley how pleased I was but also how reluctant I had been based on his lukewarm reviews. He told me he had many very well-satisfied customers, but few took the time to write reviews. I agree and it is unfortunate that many people have no problem making the effort to complain, but choose too often not to report their good and successful experiences. This review is intended to give credit where credit is due."
