I had them do landscaping back in April, (which was awesome), but after hiring a company that did a horrible job with my turf and pavers, I asked Chino if they could fix it. Yes! They fixed it. I will use them again! I had used a different company that I found on Angi, but their job was not professional and after their boss would not come look, I hired Chino’s! "We contacted Tim, the owner of Southard Landscape, to get a bid on a major overhaul of our front yard landscaping. We had competitive bids to compare pricing as well. Tim was prompt, responsive, cooperative, hard-working, and did a quality job. We did pay slightly more than the original bid, but only because we agreed to additional work that was clearly not part of the original estimate. Tim was here when he said he would be, worked h****** the project, went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the work, and did an outstanding job. The final product looks great and everything was done according to our agreement. This was a major effort that took 2-3 weeks to complete, and we are very happy with the results."

"This is a good company, I would hire them again. They did good work and Caleb seems to know a great deal about trees and cares about doing things right. He's also environmentally sensitive, which I appreciate.
Some difficulty in getting calls returned at the beginning and the end, though. After some delays due to a truck tire blowing out Caleb & his crew showed up and carefully did all the work we'd agreed on. After that he and I walked around inspecting the job. I saw one more worrisome big branch over the roof that needed to be removed and he agreed it posed a risk to the house. They took care of that and cleaned up after themselves. The price was exactly what had been quoted, including the Angie's List discount, plus the agreed upon extra for the extra branch.  They left behind a saw and I called the company immediately to come get it, but never heard back from them.

"I really like them. My other lawn service was not very good so I looked up somebody new and I really like them. They have been coming for about a year now. They come when they say and they notify you on the computer when they're coming. I have no problem with them."
