"Arnold's Plumbing is one I would 10 out of 10 recommend. Every tech that's come out to service our home has been exceptional, knowledgeable, professional, and displayed a level of integrity that has really given me confidence in trusting their service. This company has truly been a Godsend and a blessing. They first serviced our home when our water heater went out and fixed it within a day. I really appreciated their professionalism and quick, excellent work in the face of such an unexpected expense. Later, I had some pipes burst in my apartment, and Arnold's was my first call. They made time for me, came out to give me a quote, and began work same-day. The necessary repairs turned out to be much more extensive than initially realized (there was a problem with the electricity which is what blew the pipes). The tech honored his quote, although the repairs were likely worth at least a few (if not several) hundreds of dollars more. I really appreciated that he kept his word. "They dug a huge hole in my front yard looking for the existing water service line to the house. They dug up three shrubs that I had planted earlier in the year. The company?s pipe locator was not there when they started digging. If he had been, this mess could have been averted. After they called him back they dug up another shrub to get at the existing line. The work they did to install a new water service line was satisfactory. Now I just have a wrecked front yard ."
