I had my basement waterproofed and Alex, Augie, Damon, Ty were wonderful and very accommodating to my needs. My basement is my place of business. It is now dry with the help of my new sump pump, and my Sedona keeps my humidity in check. I also had my bowing wall anchored. It was a source of anxiety to my home and business. Jonathan H and Kevin came in and anchored the wall and put covers over the anchors. They did a super job, the wall looks great, and we feel safe! All "my" men were wonderful! They were efficient, thoughtful, helpful, kind and considerate of me and my business. I would recommend them and the company to my family and friends."

"I had them install an egress window mid-July. I was pretty happy with the window. Late August we had the major rains and the window held up great. Unfortunately, the dirt they back filled sunk 1.5 feet down around the entire perimeter 2-3 feet out. This was not a complaint for me, it happens with back fill. What was a problem was that I sent dozens of texts and phone calls to empty promises to bring me more dirt for almost 2 months. Then suddenly they tell me they won't bring the dirt since they considered this "landscaping" which was not included in the contract, without even coming to see the extent of the issue. This was a backfill problem, NOT landscaping. They FINALLY conceded to bring dirt, but complained they'd have to rent equipment to get to the backyard. At this point I just said put it in my driveway and I'd move it. So, this past Saturday, I (at almost 50 years old) spent 5 hours moving a huge pile of dirt instead of the people with young men and machinery that I paid $6,000 to do the work. On top of that, they dumped the dirt across the entire front of my garage instead of to the side (2 car driveway), trapping my car in the garage until I finished moving the dirt. So, either they were being massive jerks about it, or just incredibly stupid."

"This company is absolutely wonderful beginning with the courtesy when I called to schedule an appointment the first time. Next Jack N who arrived at my home on time and as promised. He provided me estimate for the repair and went over every detail of it with me. When the crew arrived to do the job they were very professional and performed the job as promised. I have a large house that was built in 1902 and was NOT able to find anyone willing to tackle my problem. Acculevel came in and fixed every issue. My house has a tight crawl space but Acculevel was able to replace a beam and the sister joist. In addition provided support and leveled out my floor. This was done without needing to cut a hole in my floor. The results were immediate and my floor looks and feels wonderful. I immediately noticed the stability. I can not thank Acculevel enough for their hard work and reasonable pricing for my job. I would highly recommend them for all your foundation and stabilization needs. "In 2017, the water table under our house increased. Our finished basement flooded. I contacted several places, most were unresponsive or had a big sales pitches but couldn't get to it for months. Then Absolutely Dry Basement and Waterproofing called back. They told me what needed to be done and I said go. They put in new drain tile throughout the basement and a sump pump. The price was reasonable. I waited for big rains before posting this review. We had several this year and my basement is absolutely dry. Outstanding company."

"If you have an emergency do not call this company. Contacted in September, consultant came first of Octoberand down payment for work was made. Mid- January and only half the job done. While Adao Natario was an excellent professional and did a great job sealing up the wall cracks in the basement,my disappointment with the Company in general is emense. Adao listened to my concerns and I’ll wait to see if the Company responds with appropriate work on the sump pump and discharge issue if they ever show up. Meanwhile, I am surrounded by water in the yard and just hope the sump pump in basement keeps working. Price below reflect only crack repair."

"I received my radon results in a timely manner. I did not hire them specifically, (so, I cannot say I would hire them again) the local company contracted them for this service. The home inspector I hired, handled this service for me and included the results in his report."

"ALTHOUGH JACK SEEMED OVERWHELMED AND HAD TO RESCHEDULE THE ESTIMATE, ONCE HE DID COME, HE SPENT TIME WITH US TO EXPLAIN WHAT HE WOULD DO AND ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS. DUE TO WEATHER AND OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES HE WAS ABOUT AN HOUR LATE, BUT HE DID CALL TO TELL US. WHEN THE WORKERS CAME TO COMPLETE THE WORK, THEY WERE LATER THAN WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE ON BOTH DAYS (AND DID NOT CALL TO TELL ME THEY WERE RUNNING LATE). WE THOUGHT THAT THEY MAYBE COULD HAVE DONE A MORE THOROUGH JOB COVERING OUR STUFF THAT WAS IN THE BASEMENT TO KEEP IT PROTECTED FROM THE DUST, BUT ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT JACK HAMMERING CONCRETE IS MESSY. OVERALL THEY DID A DECENT JOB CLEANING UP THEIR MESS. THE EMPLOYEES WERE ALWAYS POLITE, AND COMMUNICATED WELL WITH WHAT THEY WERE DOING AS WELL AS WHEN THEY WERE LEAVING FOR THE DAY. THEY ALSO DID A FINAL WALK THROUGH WITH ME WHEN THEY WERE DONE."

"The workmanship is great, honest and friendly team. We love the system and enjoy having a home filter system for chemical free water. We do not buy bottle water anymore and it saves us a lot of money too! It is well worth the investment."

"Had sewer line cleaned and was charged $425.00 which was 3 times what we paid a different company for the exact same service three years earlier. Job took about 30 minutes and was done during normal business hours, on a week day, and was just a basic rotor rooter with no camera. Was shocked by the price and will not recommend to friends and neighbors unless they want to be overcharged. No problem with the workmen or service but do not believe their Yellow Page ad that states "No Outrageous Flat Rates". <br />"
