"Gregg did a fantastic job. He laid flooring in 4 large rooms, 2 hallways and a staircase. He went above and beyond, took care of small details and I would highly recommend him."

"Defender flooring installed a plywood subfloor over slate and then floated 4’ luxury vinyl planks over that. The job came out great and was done within 2 days."

"Meza construction is the BEST! Olvin installed 2 large rooms and a hallway with laminate flooring. It’s an old house so I had 2 LUMPS in my floors that he corrected and made even. My floors came out beautiful and seamless. He cleans AS he works, which I loved. I then added other jobs like installing a door and removing borders in a back bedroom. He can do it ALL! EXCELLENT PRICE. Excellent job. I plan on hiring him again for my basement floors."

"We recently hired Milton and his team for a large scaled renovation job for our basement. The job included floor leveling, vinyl flooring installation, interior painting, and electrical work. We are very pleased with how well the job was done. The team was incredibly efficient, detailed, and professional. Very easy to communicate! We would 100% have Milton back for other tasks and also refer him to our neighbours and friends."

"The whole process from my first call to the finished installation was seamless and easy. Everyone at Bay is a professional and very courteous and helpful. Communication throughout was also excellent. I highly recommend Bay Carpet for your next flooring project!"

"Everyone at TopLine Floors was wonderful. They answered all my questions and concerns. They were prompt in returning phone calls . Installation was done as soon as materials were received. I highly recommend them. Thanks for everything The floor looks great"

"Mr. Powers, at first, was courteous and reliable; the project seemed to have problems, and he was getting frustrated at having to surface the existing deck due to its configuration; he claimed that the measurements and figures were off, while another professional disagreed with his calculations; the project was delayed due to materials being delayed by supplier; Mr. Powers suggested another other remedies for steps and that I purchase an additional type of board for $120, which I did; i paid Mr. Powers in full of the understanding that he would come back and finish off certain areas; during this time, a death occurred and he was unable to come when scheduled; when I texted Mr. Powers, he began belligerent, and cursed at me. I do not find it professional to curse at a client and refuse to take phone calls. I ultimately told Mr. Powers not to come back to my house and to refund the board I purchased that was in his possession. He did so. Since the time of completion, May 2026, numerous boards have come loose. I had someone else correct this issue, and now more boards are coming loose, which I texted him about and showed pictures of on September 9, 2026, and have not heard back from Mr. Powers regarding acknowledgment or addressing the loose boards, as my contract provides for two (2) years."

"The floors were beautiful. I moved out the house so I don't have pictures but the service and the results were amazing!"

"Wow! I originally called Raquel at iRiverdale Construction to design my kitchen, and she ended up transforming three floors of my home! She is an amazing woman, and I cannot recommend her and her company enough. Raquel even accompanied me to vendors to help choose all the materials and worked around my very busy schedule. Her personal attention and dedication made the entire experience so special. Her team was fabulous?professional, talented, and a pleasure to work with. I wish I could buy five more houses just so Raquel could redesign them all! If you?re looking to transform your home, I wholeheartedly recommend iRiverdale Construction!"
