Comment: Very small master bath “face lift” not a renovation. Remove existing tub to be replaced by tiled walls and half bath tub. Remove the double sink and cabinets to be replaced with new cabinets, counter top and only one sink (capping off the second sink as that’ll be a vanity space) new hard wear for shower and sink, removing hard wood floor and installing new tiled floor, remove existing large mirror to be replaced with a new framed mirror, swap out 6 bulb light fixture for new style
