We needed our basement bathroom fixed after a previous contractor back-pitched all the piping. He was friendly and easy to work with, had many creative ideas, and really tried to understand our needs. He worked well with our general contractor. His price is very reasonable. I highly recommend him to people who want to create their own dream house, but need professional help to translate their ideas to doable project."

"Please do not hire this company. Throughout our process, they consistently over-promised and under-delivered. Before our fees were paid, they always responded within hours; it was great. Little did I understand how their company works. Your initial people are just salespeople so they are motivated to both push for the sale and also provide quick customer service. However, once you pay your fees, they just farm out your work to random people all over the planet. They have no control over those people, so they cannot guarantee their work product or their timelines. I emailed the company multiple times and IF they responded, it was very slow and they promised to get back with the information we needed. Of course, that rarely, if ever happened. Dealing with this company caused delays and way more stress than I could have even expected. I requested a refund when they were not producing our contracted plans, and they flat-out refused, knowing that it would be difficult for us to collect."
