It was a very smooth process starting with a no pressure meeting with Product Specialist Dave Harrison who explained the product and process to us. He was very helpful in dealing with a few issues with our existing roof (gutters not installed correctly and old construction of area where roof lines met and leaked). He made sure the gutters were fixed properly and had the rooflines redesigned to eliminate any leaking issues. During the job the Quality Control Manager, Shaun LaForce, was on site each day and was great to deal with. The office managers, Jenna & Alexandria, were fantastic with keeping us up to date on the start dates and delivery info. The installation crew did a great job led by Alex and finished the job in 2 days despite a snowstorm in between the days, even shoveled my driveway the day after the storm! He did a good job but told me he didn't know how to fix a section of rubber roof that abutted a wooden gutter that had been covered with metal flashing in the past. He recommended a copper roofer, who never returned my calls. Newton Roofing Residential came to my rescue. When I met the manager, Rich, it was clear to me that he was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He recommended a solution that solved my problem at a very reasonable price. I called many roofers to get an estimate for a repair rather than a full roof replacement--since I could not afford the cost of an entire roof replacement at that time. All other contractors/roofers only wanted the larger job of a full roof replacement--which I could not do at that time. Although a complete roof replacement would have been ideal, Hugo understood my situation and agreed to do just the flat roof repair, which included replacing the rubber roof. He came to my home that same day and gave me a reasonable estimate. The following morning he came out despite the hot & humid weather, sealed up the metal flange, and installed a protector over the flange boot.
