""Newton Roofing" had done work for me 25-30 years ago. I didn't know the name had been changed to "Newton Roofing Residential", and was under new management/ownership.I called and Mr. Melo answered right away. I explained the problem. He personally came to inspect the following day. I had feared a new roof might be needed, but he explained the damage was likely caused by a damaged (perforated) shingle. One of his crew came out 2 days later and replaced the shingle. The price was reasonable. I also noted another shingle that lifted, due to a "nail-pop". This, a relatively minor matter, was repaired at no extra charge. I cant' recommend Newton Roofing Residential strongly enough. They were prompt, efficient, professional, and polite.
