"We built a new deck on our 1970 house in Shoreline. Cameron and his crew (Dale and Ryan in particular) are awesome to work with. Top notch quality work and we love the finished product that will last for many years to come. The team built the deck in record time - minus the railing which was contracted to another company. My frustration was with the railing company (apparently had not worked with them before). The glass railing took 3.5 months to deliver when they had quoted 3-4 weeks… and the communication on the shifting dates was spotty. This was also around the time of the massive heat wave this summer so some of the boards understandably started bowing and expanding - Dale came by each time and made sure to fix any issues. Really appreciated it."

"Aaron and his crew repaired water damage from a leak in our front porch roof. They reframed the deck and replaced the deck surface, then replaced a roof beam, part of a soffett, and built up a new roof substructure for a new flat roof. They replaced exterior stairs, and side shingles in a number of impacted areas. It was multiple projects to get our 100 year old porch back in great shape. They finished off with painting around this project and all other trim around the house. The house is in great shape after all their efforts. Aaron's time estimates at different stages were right on. He and his crew were timely and easy to have around. We like their work quay and we'd work with them again."

"I don't even think I need to add words for you to see how happy I am with this project. I mean just look at it!! I had a vague vision of what I wanted and Matthew from Rainier Ridge made it a reality. I have nothing bad to say about the outcome or the overall experience. I cant go outside now without everyone who passes telling me how amazing it looks. About a year ago I contacted a few contractors for just the deck and it was almost the same price for all of this. My father was a construction foreman with the Seattle Union most of his life so of course he had to check out the work after and he said the work was amazing. Matt also knew I didn't know much about construction but made sure I was always in the loop and understood what they were doing and why. If there was a change or recommendation he would ask and detail the extra charges if I wanted to but never pressured me. New projects like this can be so intimidating but it honestly couldn't have gone any better or easier. "

"Geo came and gave me an estimate on 3 porch post and a beam and sent a contract that defined what needed to be done. Talked to the subcontractors who weren't aware of the conditions or wheather they needed to install post brackets or any other procedures. The subcontractors talked to me about the need to replace concrete surrounding post and I told them, yes replace. Later I reazlized they hadn't neither caulked nor replace necesary concrete. From what I saw, they probably used the wrong type of post brackets for my particular situation. Somebody from Roof4Life needs to check and verify project is done correctly before they let subcontractors leave. They are the experts not me."

"Hector is honest in that he does not hide facts, partly to get future business, as he honestly volunteered , but to alert the owner to roof conditions, details to look out for on his own and to take care of one way or another. He and his employees did a complete and thorough job after we negotiated price and extent of work. In that he was also reasonable. I would hire him in future."
