"It when very well. Marcus told us that his main experience was in repair jobs such as this. We were quite concerned that additional tile would be damaged  in performing the repair. This was a concern because this tile is no longer manufactured  and we only had a small amount left over from the initial job.  Marcus was very careful and replaced the damaged tile in a very professional manner for the amount quoted and in the time projected."

"The job went very well. John worked with us by performing the work over three move-ins so that we were able to use most of our house during the process. The level of quality is very good including cement floated floors over wood and hot mop tar for waterproofing in the shower. The layout for the tile pattern was right on and Johns recommendations are good and should followed. I am a licensed contractor in another trade so I have a good understanding of doing a job right with a critical eye for workmanship."

"Mark of L.A. Custom Tile recently finished the remodel of a small bathroom.  He did our master bath 3 years ago and did such a fabulous job that I did not consider hiring anyone else.  This bathroom is the only downstairs bathroom and is only 5 ft x 5 ft.  I needed it to serve two purposes: powder room and guest bathroom with a shower for overnight guests.  The only way to maximize the space was to create a "Euro" bath that is fully waterproofed and fully tiled so it can serve as a shower and a powder room.  Mark totally demo'd the old bathroom, raised the ceiling, plumbed, brought in a licensed electrician to do the wiring, installed all fixtures, and did the most amazing tile work I've ever seen.  I chose hand-made tiles that are intrinsically uneven, not knowing how difficult they were to work with.  Only a highly experienced tile perfectionist could have done the job. Mark created a bench and an inset shelf in the shower area.  The room is fully tiled: floor, walls, ceiling.  It is a gorgeous spa-bath and looks much bigger than it actually is.  I've used many contractors for remodel work; Mark is by far the best.  He is honest, reliable, and highly skilled.  I recommend him without reservation.

Tile company to completely remove our very old shower... he did a great job with keeping everything clean and protected. Also, did a beautiful job artistically lining up the tiles to reflect a waterfall-like flow coming down from the top.. It came out unique and looks like I paid a lot of money for this project but, actually it was very reasonable. We paid out of pocket for all materials. We are so happy with his work. the installation of our new beautiful tile walls to the ceiling and pebble floor is a wonderful change. also, they helped assist with plumbing and shower doors install. "Kris was extremely responsive and came to give me an estimate within 24 hours and scheduled his guys to start a two day job (lots of square footage) within the next couple of days... I am blown away by how gorgeous my floors look! This is not the first time that I have had my stone floors cleaned and polished, and I was pleased with the previous contractor and had planned to use him again, but going forward, this is my "go to" company.... The areas that they have finished were water-stained and had some damage... THEY LOOK LIKE NEW!!!! Considering that some of my high traffic areas were pretty bad, the floors look FABULOUS!!! The workers were extremely professional and I am so appreciative that they were able to fit me in within the week's timeframe that I required. I was having a dinner party this past weekend, and got more than one comment about how great the floors looked. If you are torn about which company to use, I feel confident in saying that you will get quality work done without time wasted with these guys."
