"For the first job, we were initially impressed - Sons of Ramsey offered us a fair price, were congenial and seemed to know what they were doing. So we hired them to do some work in our second home, for which we did not get nearly as great a deal. But just a year and a half after tiling the bathrooms in our first home, we got a call from our tenant saying that there was a leak in the ceiling that turned out to be the fault of the tile setters (in this case, Sons of Ramsey). We had Sons of Ramsey come back and assess the leak and tell us if there was something they should've or could do but they said the tile work looked fine and that the leak must be from a pipe. We had 2 different plumbers come out and confirm that it wasn't a leaky pipe, so we hired a different tile company - a grout specialist - to come in and fix the tile work. The person that came out to do the work was surprised to learn that a professional tile setter did the tile setting in the first place. We were embarrassed and annoyed that we had spent so much money twice and that they did not even recognize the problem they had created. Then with our kitchen, it wasn't until we started trying to clean windows in the spring that we discovered they had cut corners and created situations where we couldn't remove our windows from the frames."

"I can't say enough good things about Marc and his company. I bought a house in July but didn't move in right away. One day while at the house, I realized that the movers had not turned off the faucet to the washing machine when they moved the previous owner out. It had been dripping down into the wall and under the floor of the laundry room. The wall and floor had obvious water damage. At the same time, I found signs of water in the dining room wall and baseboard. I was concerned about  possible mold in both spots. I was referred to Marc and his company by my general contractor. From the beginning, Marc answered my phone calls promptly and was always on time for appointments. He thoroughly explained the process he would use to evaluate the problems and then fix them. His workers were very neat and always cleaned up after their work. Marc kept me informed throughout the process. If I had a question, he would call or text me an answer. I was extremely concerned about any mold in the house and Marc's reassuring, calm manner helped immensely. As part of the process, we had the duct work and furnace cleaned. After the duct cleaner left, my furnace quit working. It was the weekend when the temperature got down to 4degrees. I couldn't find the name of the contact at the duct cleaning company and it was after hours on a Friday night. I called Marc and he promptly called the duct cleaning company and arranged to have their on call HVAC person at my house that evening.
 If I ever have problems with water, smoke, or mold, he will be the first person I call. I can't say enough good things about Marc Sutto and his company.

"Carpet cleaning was ok since it was just for a rental and I was the tendant. Me personally would not be happy with the cleaning of carpet. I think my Kirby does a better job, but since it wasn't my house and the owners were happy I guess service was ok. It looks like the company works with their privat cars. When they came, they came with a Old Truck and unloaded a carpet cleaning maschine which you can rent yourself. I don't know why, but I expected a company truck with name on their truck and the carpet cleaning machine connected to the truck with a long tub coming out of the truck which suck in the dirty water. So, maybe me expectation was too high. Guys were friendly.

"I am more than pleased with the work of Vance at Wall to Wall Flooring. Before I called him, I had put in a few calls to other floor people. One never called, one called 5 days after my message and one was gruff and said “it’ll be lot more to haul everything up to a third floor unit.” So I called Wall to Wall, initially because there was a Angie’s list coupon but I wanted laminate and the discount was for hardwood. In any event he came over about four days later. (He was on another job and it’s just Vance and his son, so there was a delay). I like that he said I could buy my flooring from anywhere I wanted, because I said I saw what I wanted and it was on sale. He said he would go pick it up once I did, if I just told the store to hold it. No extra charge! Then once he got going and pulled the carpet he discovered the floor underneath was a web of concrete cracks, and he had to fill those in with a number of coats of cement, and level it, putting him a day behind. Though that work added to my initial estimate, it was very reasonable. He did a great job doing that repair, and even fixed a closet door that was off the track and did a number of cosmetic finishes that really make the floor look wonderful!! He re-stained a pole in my condo and even touched up the stair banister to make it all blend. It all looks wonderful! I would highly recommend Vance from Wall to Wall!!"
