"I’ve contacted Nichols Remodeling MULTIPLE times in January 2021, February 2021, and March 2021 regarding work done in the summer of 2020. Their services were poorly performed (the molding around the replaced metal door in the workshop is not flush with the door, and the glue used does not look professional), reconnections that did not occur post their work (they did not reconnect the electrical supply in the dining room or the hot water in the renovated bathroom), and payment for services not performed (I paid them to replace exterior locks on the front and side doors, as well as replace an exhaust fan in the ceiling; neither were completed). I’ve been more than fair in waiting for a response and refund of my money. I cannot recommend their services based on my experience."
