"I used Buk roofing a few weeks ago after finding about the company through a referral. Every time I talked to Tom, he gave me very detailed and thorough answers to all my questions in a prompt manner. He provided quotes either that day or the day after for all jobs. "Falling down plaster in my small foyer ceiling directed my attention to the flat copper roof above. The wood support under the copper in the affected corner was rotten. The first roofing contractor from whom I got an estimate told me I needed to have the masonry repaired before the roof could be replaced. I got the first roofing contractor's name from an internet search. An Angie's list internet search for copper roofs did not yield any contractors. Fortunately I received the Angie's List magazine and saw PZ's ad which mentioned copper roofs. After getting the masonry repaired I got PZ's and another estimate. The one from PZ Construction was the lowest. Before I signed the contract I asked Paul if he could give me an estimate for another small roof. We corresponded by e-mail and after sending him pictures he sent me an estimate for the second roof which also seemed quite reasonable. The work was started the following week and took about 4 days to complete both roofs. I asked Paul about putting additional insulation in between the rafters before the solid core insulation was installed. He told me if I supplied the insulation it could be put it in at no extra charge. The 2 workmen who did the work took about 4 days to complete the job, working steadily and leaving the area very neat every night when they left the job. Working with copper is definitely a skilled job and the workmen really knew what they were about. Because the roofs were off the second floor I was able to see their progress and was really impressed with their workmanship. The first copper roof lasted 80 years which Paul said was about typical for copper roofs in this climate. I'm hopeful that PZ's roof will last as long."

"I reached out to Jesus via Angie's List and he replied almost immediately. He was so unbelievably polite and professional and also scheduled an appointment within days to come and give me an estimate. After looking at my roof AND providing pictures of the damage (before he left) I realized that there was more damage than I initially thought which needed repairing. Jesus gave me a VERY fair and competitive price for all of the work. We scheduled the work for right away because he knew there was a lot of rain expected this week and he didn't want the damage to get worse and possibly cost me more money to repair. His guys came and did all of the work yesterday and Jesus provided pictures of all of the completed work. Furthermore, when I had a few questions while his guys were here, I text him and he text me back immediately with answers plus called his guys to make sure we were all on the same page. Jesus Costello and his employees were great to work with and I will 100% use this company for any future roofing needs!"

" Installed 16 windows in June 2013.  Almost 4 years later (Jan., 2017) one of the windows cracked.  Called Albar and sent a text photo of the cracked window.  They said it was a pressure crack and ordered a replacement from the factory.  They called me when it was ready.  I picked it up. They showed me how to remove the damaged window and put in the new one.  It was very simple even for a woman in the 60s with no construction experience (although you can have it done for you for a service fee).  I popped out the old one and popped in the new one.  No Charge.  This company is there for you even long after the sale is completed."
