The team did an amazing - in a time when it can be difficult to communicate with contractors or get a call back - I was thoroughly impressed with the level of communication throughout the entire process and updates on how things were coming along. They made every effort to make the process go as quickly and smoothly as possible. We completely changed the color of our floors and it looks as though they were always this color!! The harshest of critics has yet to find something they missed. They were even able to replace planks where a wall once was - there is no way anyone can tell that those pieces of flooring are new to the house. They are true masters of their craft and artists! "Mike was outstanding. I cannot express how good he is. Attention to details, on time each day, goes above and beyond. With no help from me he moved all then furniture, placed old carpet underneath so as not to scratch new floors, placed every piece of his equipment on top of some sort of protector. He tied up the old carpet easy for trash pickup, He didn't make one mistake, floors look and feel amazing. He went to the store each morning before 8 to get trim or transition pieces that I failed to get when I bought the flooring, he even picked up the flooring after I picked it out. We have used Exposition Carpet for several carpet installations over many years in our finished basement, and have consistently found the best pricing, ease of schedule and quality installation thru them. I especially like that it's a family business and you are dealing directly with owners and not with a salesman that doesn't even know who his/her boss is. The installers have worked their for years and that says a lot.

After going through a back porch remodel enclosing to a mudroom, we wanted a pet friendly, water resistant and durable floor so we went with vinyl plank.
