The two installers were pleasant, quiet, worked clean and quickly. (i.e. said would that if temps. were below 40 degrees, the shingles would be kept in a heated van then installed with extra sealant and use of a heat gun) I would wish that the salesmen would know how the work is actually done and not give customer assurances that are not going to be carried through."

Shayne, my sales rep, took 2 hours to look at the roof & the crawl space in my attic where the leak was and explain what was happening & the process of installing the new roof. Lorraine in customer service was very friendly & responsive (& a fellow dog lover who made sure there was a triple check that all nails were picked up)! The crew that installed the roof was on time, efficient, and respected my property. They did a great job cleaning up! Steve, the project manager, did a final inspection & made sure all extra materials were picked up the next day. I highly recommend Stellar Roofing!"
