"We recently upgraded certain parts of our home, being a little shy out the gate and not so familiar with hiring contractors we thought we could start small and add bigger projects later after we got our feet a little wet. We met with 3 representatives from different companies and we both really liked the rep who met with us from Concept Renovations out of Sherman Oaks and they were closer. We hired them to install a new electric panel and paint the interior of all our bedrooms and hallway. In the kitchen we later added recessed lighting which we hadn't discussed with them at the start but it ended up being no big deal and they even finished on the original schedule time. They all did a real good job from their secretary who managed our schedule times, the rep who explained everything and was very patient to the crew members. All just real hard workers and great people. When we are ready to take on our Kitchen and bathroom we already know who we are going to call to get the project going, these guys!"
