"I'm very sad this didn't work out. This is my first time hiring a professional cleaner, and I was hoping for better. I paid $275 for a basic cleaning after moving out. I asked specifically if they vacuum. Julianne assured me they did. They did fine on the bathrooms, and did the best they could on the wood and laminate floors. However, when I went to steam clean the carpet, I I had a great deal of dust and hair left on the carpeting. My first impulse was to give them the benefit of the doubt, and thought they had an awfully weak vacuum. But then, I realized there was no vacuum patterns in the carpet. The dust and hair clogged up my steam cleaner. I'm very disappointed, and cannot recommend."

"It’s awesome that our church has a bus that picks up and drops off kids who may not have a ride to church. However, our holy bus has been a little embarrassing to drive around the neighborhood as it was soo dusty. Lol! Being that the bus is sooo much bigger than a car or a truck, people could never find an extra hour or so in their busy schedule to help wash it. Not even 20 minutes and Matt was finished baptizing the bus with his holy, soapy pressure washer. Thanx Matt for making our church bus new again. PS the soap smells good ?"

"I called and spoke to Grace she was very friendly and scheduled Luis to give me a free estimate. Luis came and explained what could be done and the cost estimate of $800.00. This was the best cost estimate that I had received from all of the 7 companies I contacted. I went ahead and scheduled the work and everything went as planned. The end result was good and the price was exactly what Luis quoted... $800.00. I feel I made a good choice with this company. My only complaint if I can even call it that, is I received a courtesy call from Ava at Dry Master and she asked if I had anyone to do the repair work post remediation and if not, Dry Master could suggest something. But I never got any information from them after the job was completed. Overall, everything else was good."
