He Left and I called Kyle for two reason. Alex gave me too small and then Alex installer told me extra small when it comes to. and so i then contacted the owner Kyle. cost me 385 to move the unit outside. and pay $15 collar."

"Dave, the owner, was very accommodating. I wanted the fence pushed out a couple feet so I would have more garden space, which he did, and he also agreed to come back at a later date to complete the fencing next to the driveway because new cement was being poured. The first phase of work was completed on time and looked good. The completion of work close to the driveway did not go well. The fence boards were nailed up so crooked it was necessary for them to cut the last board into a long triangle to complete the section. It is very noticeable and looks awful. This work was completed in early fall, and I did not get out into the garden to work over the next 7 months. That is when I found that they left all the cement from the old posts in the garden, so planting flowers was limited. That is when I noticed all of the other shoddy work: rails that were too short to reach post to post; nails that completely missed going into the bottom rail (just sticking through boards). Very disappointing. Why am I writing this review now? A good friend was about to call US Fence after seeing positive reviews. Do not want this to happen to anyone else."

"Artifex is the best construction team in Washington State. Artifex Construction planned to build a staircase in November 2020. Chad Melton took the construction test, approved, organized the date, choose the material and helped with its delivery on time. Chad and Michael supervised the project. Dave and Jimmie removed the old staircase with the ugly carpet, build a new waterproofed staircase, build the wooden closet steps, moved light fixtures, put drywalls, and paint the project, put the new kitchen shelf, and leave the house in immaculate condition. The engineering of the project was complicated, and Dave used his talent to overcome all of obstacles he has met. Jimmie is a talented carpenter and painter as well. Outstanding quality. Exemplary time management. Royal communication."

"Vlad and his team are wonderful. They work when they say they will, communicate effectively, and go above and beyond to please the customer. I was tired of dealing with contractors that would provide a quote with an estimated start date, and then never hear from them again. Vlad is upfront and honest, and will take small and big jobs. Our initial job was to replace some rotting support beams on the house, and after meeting Vlad, we decided to expand the work to replace our whole balcony with higher-end materials (aluminum cable railing/composite decking). We wanted to treat ourselves ?. The balcony looks sleek and modern, so we are now thinking of replacing our old deck in these materials and will call Vlad to do it. Be advised, his team is young, but I think that gives them the drive to work hard and make a name for themselves."
