"We had a large, tiled half brick/half window walled sunroom we wanted to transform into a comfortable, safe playroom for our son. We also wanted to add an exterior door to the space which required him to remove a window, cut through a brick wall, frame the new doorway, create a threshold and install the new door and hardware. He framed, insulated, drywalled and trimmed out the interior brick walls, making them safe to play around. It looks like a completely different room, and it's quickly become or favorite in the house to spend time in. We LOVE the work that was done, and wouldn't hesitate to hire Eric again."

",I had been slamming my security door shut - the only way to close it - and it finally got so that I couldn't open it at all. It was stuck for several months. My DIY attempts didn't work and I didn't know whether it was a problem that could be solved by a handyman or not. Finally I called Maclin Security Doors to see if they did repair work. (The door is old and I don't know who installed it.) <br /> They sent someone out that afternoon. He worked on it for an hour or so. Now, it is a joy to open and close my security door. <br /> It works perfectly, smoothly, is perfectly balanced. <br /> The repairman addressed the problem efficiently and professionally. "Everything was well done the first time except one piece of siding that I was not happy with and they redid that without hesitation. They replaced a window, some outside trim, some siding and the large piece of lumber across the garage door opening. Squirrels or some other animal had eaten some of the trim and the men doing the work replaced the trim and wrapped some metal around it to keep the animals from eating it again. They did the same on the large piece of wood above the garage door opening to keep it rotting again. The men doing the work were all nice and polite and left the area cIean. To me, the price was a little bit too high, but I would probably think that about most, if not all pricing. I would hire them again. In fact, Sam and his men are going to be doing some more work for me when he can get it on his schedule--again where the animals have eaten the siding and trim. <br />"

"They arrived on time and had a two man crew. It was quoted with a cost of $75. They arrived and within 30 mins they were done and the fan was installed perfectly. It was located in the upstairs media room. Since they were so fast, I want to have them come back to install a few more fans and light fixtures. I couldn't have had a more perfect interaction with them. <br />"
