"HORRIBLE COMPANY. We had $10,000 window installed over a month ago and by the time they were done there was a lot wrong. One of the windows dosnt even open because its so tight, there is several nails sticking out of the framing, the same framing that is 1inch away from the wall because theres something behind it pushing it away from the wall, glass all over my front yard(been a month and im still picking up pieces of glass). Now we addressed these issues with our representative which they had an inspector come out and he agreed with all of the problems i addressed so they setup and appointment to come out and fix these issues. THIS SHITTY COMPANY F**KING DIDNT SHOW UP AND ARE NOW GHOSTING ALL OF OUR CALLS. IF THIS DOES NOT GET RESOLVED WE WILL BE PRESSING CHARGES. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE"

"Oswald and his crew were fast, efficient and the house looks amazing! What an improvement from what we had before. Ernest was great too, as he handled our confusion of "fascia and soffits" but we got there in the end. After siding was installed, we used Bermudez Paint, and they arrived the next day to start their project. They were done 3 days later, thanks to rain delays. I highly recommend Bermudez Paint as well. Their team was also amazing, fast, and incredibly polite."

"Confident Coatings & Exteriors was a great company to work with. You will not regret it. We mainly dealt with Bart (one of the owners with his brother Patrick), who provided a good education of what Stucco Repair would entail. We chose the repair involving Seal Crete and Elastomeric coating (10 times the thickness of paint per Internet research) vs the patchwork repair of the traditional concrete stucco patches. Our stucco house is 20 years old and we could see cracks forming where water seepage would occur and other areas where the stucco was already flaking off due the freezing and thawing climate where we live. Bart also accommodated a 2nd free visit to further review their process after I got further information from 3 other stucco repair bids. In the end we chose the repair involving Seal Crete and Elastomeric coating. The house looks brand new and the stucco is now sealed from water seepage with the Seal Crete and Elastomeric stucco coating and 50 year caulk sealant where needed. Confident Coatings provides a 10 year warranty which no other contractor offered. Bart's responsiveness via text messaging and phone calls was always quick, clear, and professional. The crew's foreman (Carlos) who had been with Bart for 20+ years was likewise professional and bent over backwards to ensure all of our questions and needs were satisfied. I've dealt with landscaper contractors, septic field contractors, deck repair/rebuild contractors, fence & gate contractors, and furnace repair contractors. Bart and his crew with Confident Coatings was easily head and shoulders above any of them in all aspects of quality, value, professionalism, responsiveness, and timeliness. Henceforth for us, there is very little need to get other bids for the other services Confident Coatings offers (interior & exterior painting, etc). I'm sure that we will choose Confident Coatings every time."

"GS Exterior Experts is a highly professional organization and did a superb job on the re-siding of our home. From the first contact with Ernest to the final walk through with Oswald, everything was top-notch! Upon initial contact with Ernest, he took the time to cover all the details and describe exactly what the crew would be doing and gave initial quotes for various options, sticking to the exact cost of the option we chose, which was to completely cover our house and detached garage. I should point out here that their quote was less than others. The crew (headed by Omar) showed up exactly on time each day and stayed as late as necessary to complete each day’s task. The entire hard working crew was pleasant, positive, respectful and worked together incredibly well throughout the entire project, finishing on schedule despite having to do some extra work and adjustments to the original plan. They really seemed to enjoy what they were doing each day, despite the cold temperatures (late December at an elevation of 8,000 ft). The attention to detail was the best I’ve ever seen in watching over 30 years of construction improvements by various crews on our house. (And that’s saying a lot as we have had really good luck with some fantastic construction crews over the years.) It really was amazing to watch how efficient and brilliant the crew was in making sure everything was done to perfection! They were true artists in their work. Any requests I had for specific details during the install were done exactly as asked with a smile. The same is true of any questions I had throughout the entire process. One of the crew members (Moses) was extremely helpful in fulfilling any requests and answering my questions and checking with me to make sure I was happy with specific results. I just cannot emphasize enough how well the work was done- the meticulous attention to detail was outstanding! Following completion (which was the evening before Christmas eve), the project manager Oswald took the time to do a final walk through with me a few days later, immediately taking care of the few tiny concerns I had. He, like the rest of the crew he manages, was amazing- so professional and pleasant to work with! I would highly recommend using this company for any project involving services they offer. They definitely go above and beyond expectations."
