"Troy and the entire installation team were excellent! Arrived on time and started working immediately. Communication was very good and their work ethic was outstanding! They made sure our furniture was moved safely - tarps were placed from door to door to protect our floors - they made a special effort to keep the wife informed and allowed her to place the various components (grab bars, compartments, etc) so there would be no angst at the end. Cleaned up their work areas (inside and out) and hauled away old tub and panels) - made sure both of us understood the mechanics of the equipment and allowed me one extra day before signing off on the project for some antagonistic testing. I feel this team demonstrated everything that the salesman promised and more which is rarely the case. Well done gentleman!"

"The price for replacing an old bathtub with a walk-in shower was a bit high, but the quality of the work was outstanding. Justin and Josh did a great job, were very professional, and extremely courteous. The entire job was completed in less than 7 hours and looks great."

"This was truly one of the best experiences with a contractor I’ve ever had. Don provided me with a very competitive quote, spent time going through all my questions, and delivered exactly what I was envisioning for my custom cabinets. I could not be more happy with the results. I’ve seen several reviews commenting on Don being a great communicator. This was outstanding…during my project Don was in the hospital for a heart procedure yet he was still contacting me immediately before and after and was my house two days later doing the install. Unbelievable! His crew was also great—very professional and careful. I will use Don again for future projects and have no hesitation recommending him to anyone looking for custom cabinets. You will be very pleased."

"A step n'shower was installed in one 12 hour day. Installers were professional, worked to remove tub and then install an excellent step-in shower. Safety features were a special issue for me at age 82. When a question arose then following day, the installers returned that very day and checked on their work. The slight problem was not due to their installment and they advised me as to the next step. I am thoroughly satisfied."

"Bathtub is nice. But price was very high"

"My installer John was fantastic. He did an amazing job and I am so pleased with his attention to detail and the way it all turned out. With my home being almost 100 years old nothing is plum or square. He was so caring and took his time and it came out beautifully. I am so glad John was my installer he is amazing."

"We had an excellent experience having two new showers installed in our home. Our local BathPlanet team was wonderful, from the sales person to the office manager to the installers (we had different installers for each project, too, and both were great). Not only were they professional, attentive to detail, and responsive, they were also kind, friendly, funny, and a pleasure to have in our home. The quality of the work was excellent, and our showers look wonderful. I highly recommend this company, and I would absolutely hire them again."

"The work was impeccable and done on time. He was very thorough and we are so happy with the way the bathroom turned out. We would definitely use him again."
