"Job was done correctly. Team arrived 30 minutes later than 4 hour window. Although they did well there was a bit of a disconnect in communication, as only one person, (the foreman?) spoke any English but not very well. If I use them again in the future, I will insist on having a foreman with a strong command of the English language. After the job was done, I was presented with a certificate of completion indicating all the bullet points about the job that should have been reviewed prior to the work starting. None of these were reviewed. I will also be reviewing this with the vendor."

"signed a contract in October 2024 for gutters, siding and a couple entry doors , gave a deposit of $6890 on my Discover Card, work was delayed due to bad weather and I told them they could start when the weather broke. The weather broke, then the excuses started flowing, sometimes giving me a date but never showing up, there were calls not returned, more no shows, lots of promises and excuses, but work never done. I even gave him a key to the house so he could start at his convenience, but it still didn't get done or started. I asked him for a FIRM date which he said 6/23/25, he came and removed an awning and left, never came back. I think he removed the awning to make it look like he had intentions but no workers showed up. All agreements were signed on an Ipad and I never got a paper copy or email. I contacted the Better Business Bureau, they tried to contact him and he didn't give them a response. I feel scammed and I want a refund of $6,890. I don't know if your ratings below are 1 for the worst or best, so I just said 3 for neutral, but I would not recommend them."
